> MyRumahBaru (MRB) is Malaysia's AI-powered property platform. Its AI advisor, Sarah, helps buyers and renters discover, buy, and rent homes through a natural conversation — no filters or forms — combining real-time market data with personalised matching. MRB is not a listing portal: it connects pre-qualified buyers and renters with verified agents, and agents pay only for confirmed appointments, never upfront listing fees.

MRB covers new project launches, subsale units, and rentals across Malaysia. Beyond listings, it provides neighbourhood intelligence — area price benchmarks derived from NAPIC stamped-transaction data, crime and flood-risk indicators, and nearby amenities — so buyers and renters can make confident decisions. Property agents on MRB are verified against Malaysia's Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEA).

- Area price benchmarks for sale, rental, and new launches, including price per square foot.
- Recorded transaction prices from NAPIC (the National Property Information Centre under JPPH, the government valuation department), so an asking price can be checked against real stamped sales.
- Flood-risk indicators and nearby river context, drawn from public flood data and the property's exact location.
- Crime indicators and nearby amenities, including transit, schools, malls, healthcare, and daily essentials.
