KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 22, 2025 – SP Setia Bhd, one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, has announced two senior leadership appointments as part of its strategy to build a future-ready management team.

Tan Hwa Min will join as the group’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer effective Nov 17, 2025, while Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer starting Oct 1, 2025.

SP Setia chairman Tan Sri Syed Anwar Jamalullail said the appointments reflect the group’s focus on leadership renewal and long-term growth.

About the New Appointments

Tan Hwa Min is currently Chief Strategy Officer at IJM Corp Bhd and Managing Director at IJM RE Sdn Bhd. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of TRX City Sdn Bhd, bringing deep expertise in strategy, real estate development, and corporate management.

Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus has been with SP Setia since 2018. She has overseen operations across six flagship townships, including Setia Alam, Setia Eco Park, and Setia Eco Glades, as well as stakeholder engagement, asset management, and initiatives under the S P Setia Foundation.
